Outreach Specialist

Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Outreach Executive / Sr. Outreach Executive to drive our outreach campaigns and build meaningful relationships with website owners, bloggers, influencers, and media partners. This role involves executing outreach strategies, securing high-quality backlinks, and enhancing brand visibility through effective collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:
● Conduct targeted outreach to website owners, bloggers, and publishers for link-building and content placement opportunities.
● Identify and engage with potential partners across various industries to secure high-quality placements.
● Develop and manage outreach email campaigns, follow-ups, and relationship-building efforts.
● Work closely with the content and SEO teams to ensure outreach aligns with business goals.
● Track and analyze outreach performance, measuring success through link placements, engagement rates, and response rates.
● Maintain a structured database of contacts, outreach progress, and results.
● Stay updated with industry trends, Google algorithm updates, and best practices for ethical outreach.
● Meet outreach targets and deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards.

Requirements:
● 1-3 years of experience in outreach, link-building
● Strong written and verbal communication skills.
● Basic understanding of SEO, link-building strategies, and search engine guidelines.
● Experience with outreach tools like BuzzStream, Pitchbox, or similar platforms is a plus.
● Proficiency in using Google Sheets, Excel, and email marketing tools.
● Ability to multitask, manage time effectively, and work in a fast-paced environment.
● A proactive mindset with excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills. Preferred: ● Prior experience in outreach for industries such as legal, finance, health, technology etc.
● Knowledge of CRM tools and email automation platforms.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹41,000.00 per month
