Job Overview:

We’re looking for a smart and hungry Outreach Specialist to join our growing presentation and pitch deck agency.

Your main role will be generating qualified leads through LinkedIn outreach and cold email campaigns.

This is not a spam role.
We want someone who understands personalization, communication, and relationship building.

The ideal candidate should not only be experienced in LinkedIn outreach but also capable of writing engaging content and building a strong personal/company brand on LinkedIn.

Key Responsibilities

• Find and research potential leads
• Send personalized LinkedIn outreach messages
• Run cold email campaigns
• Follow up consistently with prospects
• Book qualified meetings for the founder
• Maintain lead lists and CRM updates
• Test different outreach angles and messaging

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong written English
• Experience with LinkedIn outreach and cold emailing
• Understanding of lead generation workflows
• Experience using tools like Apollo, Instantly, Clay, Smartlead, Lemlist, or HubSpot
• Experience working with agencies or B2B services
• Understanding of personal branding and LinkedIn growth

Preferred / Nice-to-Have:

• Experience in B2B lead generation
• Knowledge of LinkedIn Sales Navigator
• Familiarity with automation tools (e.g., outreach tools)
• Understanding of sales funnels and conversions
• Experience with international clients
