Client Acquisition & Growth Specialist (Part-Time)

AshOps is seeking a highly motivated Client Acquisition & Growth Specialist to help drive lead generation, build strategic partnerships, and support business growth for our boutique operations consulting firm.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment and enjoys combining marketing strategy, lead generation, and relationship building to directly contribute to revenue growth.

The primary focus of this role is bringing in qualified clients through targeted outreach, strategic content, and local business development efforts.

Position Type

Part-Time | Remote / Flexible Hours
Estimated 10–15 hours per week

Compensation

$22–$25 per hour
Performance incentives / client acquisition bonuses may be offered based on results

Position Summary

The Client Acquisition & Growth Specialist will be responsible for developing and executing strategies that generate qualified leads for AshOps’ services, including operations consulting, recruiting support, SOP development, bookkeeping support, and HR / business systems optimization.

This role is heavily focused on client acquisition, outbound outreach, and relationship-based marketing.

Success in this role will be measured by qualified leads generated, discovery calls booked, and new client conversions.

Key ResponsibilitiesLead Generation & Outreach

  • Build and maintain targeted prospect lists of local and regional businesses
  • Conduct personalized email and LinkedIn outreach campaigns
  • Identify businesses that may benefit from operational support, HR, recruiting, or bookkeeping services
  • Follow up with prospective leads and nurture warm prospects
  • Track outreach efforts and response rates

Business Development

  • Develop referral partnerships with local professionals, including CPAs, attorneys, payroll providers, and real estate professionals
  • Network within local business groups and online communities
  • Support community-based lead generation initiatives
  • Identify strategic partnership opportunities

Content & Brand Visibility

  • Assist with LinkedIn and professional social media content designed to position AshOps as an industry expert
  • Create educational content and service-focused messaging
  • Support website and service page updates
  • Collect testimonials and assist with case study development

Reporting & Analytics

  • Track KPIs including leads generated, responses, discovery calls, and client conversions
  • Provide weekly performance updates
  • Recommend adjustments to outreach and growth strategies based on results

Qualifications

  • Experience in marketing, lead generation, sales, business development, or client acquisition
  • Strong written communication skills
  • Professional and polished communication style
  • Comfortable with direct outreach and relationship building
  • Highly organized and self-directed
  • Experience with LinkedIn outreach, CRM tools, or email marketing platforms preferred
  • Small business / service-based business experience is a plus
