Summary

As an Outside Sales Representative at Diamond, you will be instrumental in driving sales and expanding our reach within the medical community. This role is vital in ensuring that healthcare providers have access to the necessary equipment and support for their patients' needs.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with healthcare providers to promote our medical equipment and services.
• Conduct regular client visits to assess their needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Analyze market trends and customer feedback to identify new sales opportunities.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products and services.
• Provide training and support to clients on the required insurance documentation and use of medical equipment.
• Prepare sales reports and forecasts to track performance against targets.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in outside sales, preferably in the medical or healthcare industry.
• Strong prospecting skills
• Strong technical sales skills with a focus on customer service excellence.
• Ability to analyze market data and develop strategic sales plans.
• Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with clients and team members.
• Demonstrated leadership abilities in driving sales initiatives.
• Highly organized with strong time management skills.
• Familiarity with medical equipment is a plus but not mandatory.
