Bovenzi Tile & Design is a locally-owned, full-service remodeling and design center serving North Metro Atlanta. We specialize in bathroom, kitchen, and whole-home renovations, offering expert design guidance and high-quality craftsmanship from concept to completion.

Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated Outside Sales & Design Consultant to meet with homeowners, create project designs, develop proposals, and help convert leads into signed remodeling projects. This role combines sales, design, and client relationship management, meet clients both in our showroom and in their homes—to develop thoughtful design solutions, present detailed proposals, and build trust that leads to signed projects.

This role is ideal for someone who understands both design aesthetics and the art of closing, and who is comfortable working with discerning clientele on larger-scale investments.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead in-home consultations and showroom meetings with a polished, professional presence
• Develop tailored design concepts aligned with client vision, lifestyle, and budget
• Recommend high-end materials, finishes, and product selections
• Accurately scope projects, take field measurements, and identify potential challenges
• Create and present detailed proposals with clarity and confidence
• Guide clients through the decision-making process and secure project commitments
• Maintain consistent, high-level communication and follow-up
• Coordinate seamlessly with project management and installation teams for execution

Qualifications

• Proven experience in high-end remodeling, interior design, or construction sales
• Strong ability to build rapport and earn trust with discerning homeowners
• Excellent presentation, communication, and closing skills
• Refined design sensibility with knowledge of current trends and timeless finishes
• Ability to manage multiple client relationships and projects simultaneously
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-driven

Preferred Experience

• Showroom or design center experience
• Kitchen & bath design experience
• Experience with estimating or CRM software
• Experience with 2020 Design software, or other architectural/design software (or willingness to learn)

Location

Based in Cumming, GA, with travel throughout North Metro Atlanta for client appointments.

Pay: $40,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
