We’re expanding and looking for a motivated Outside Sales & Business Development Rep to help grow our client base, build relationships, and represent our brand with professionalism and enthusiasm.

Position Overview

As our Outside Sales Representative, you’ll be the face of Sunshine Pristine Clean. You’ll actively generate new business, nurture client relationships, and help property owners discover how our services can enhance their homes and businesses.

This role is perfect for someone who loves meeting people, enjoys the challenge of sales, and thrives on seeing results.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new residential and commercial sales opportunities
  • Conduct door-to-door and in-person business outreach
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships
  • Meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales goals
  • Provide quotes, follow up with leads, and close deals
  • Represent the company at community events and networking opportunities
  • Collaborate with the management team to refine marketing and sales strategies

Requirements

  • Previous experience in sales, business development, or customer service (preferred)
  • Excellent communication and people skills
  • Self-motivated, organized, and goal-oriented
  • Professional appearance and positive attitude
  • Must have valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
  • Comfortable working outdoors and interacting face-to-face with customers

Overview
We are seeking a dynamic Outside Sales & Business Development Representative to join our team. This role is pivotal in expanding our client base and strengthening relationships with existing customers through proactive outreach and strategic business development. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and experience in B2B sales, technology sales, or related fields. This position offers an exciting opportunity to leverage your sales expertise in a fast-paced environment with significant growth potential.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through outbound calling, warm calling, and networking.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients to foster long-term partnerships.
  • Conduct effective negotiations to close sales deals aligned with company goals.
  • Present product or service solutions tailored to meet client needs, emphasizing technical features when applicable.
  • Utilize CRM software such as Salesforce to track leads, manage customer information, and monitor sales activities.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to develop strategies that generate leads and increase market penetration.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries promptly and professionally.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, competitor activities, and product developments to enhance sales strategies.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in B2B sales, inside sales, or technology sales preferred.
  • Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively.
  • Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or other CRM tools.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
  • Demonstrated ability in business development, outbound calling, and marketing strategies.
  • Experience with telemarketing or warm calling techniques is a plus.
  • Customer service orientation with a proactive attitude toward building relationships.
