Outside Sales Consultant

We have an exciting opportunity to join a winning team of competitive sales consultants located throughout the Northern California.

As a sales consultant you will be joining a highly energized team who is passionate about enriching the lives of our homeowners!

We are looking for talented sales consultants who can help fuel our dynamic growth through a customer-focused, consultative selling experience.

LEARNING & DEVELOPMENT: We offer 2 weeks of training to ensure your success! Our sales managers will coach you to build the skills and confidence you need to get the results you strive for with weekly training.

Our program starts with in-class training, during which you learn step by step how to sell the product we provide! (Roofing)

COMPENSATION: Commission based compensation with a realistic earning potential of $150,000 - $350,000 annually within your first year. Our compensation plans reward solid performance with a strong commission rate.

LEAD GENERATION: Appointments are 100% generated in-house and you will receive qualified, pre-set appointments. We have an incredible marketing engine that works to bring in the appointments through traditional and non-traditional forms of marketing.

QUALIFICATIONS: Minimum of 1 years sale experience, preferably B2C or in-home experience.

Ability to work evenings and weekends to meet customers as their schedules allow.

No overnights required and travel is generally limited to no more than 2 hours driving distance.

A strong focus on exceeding customer expectations

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Self-motivation and results oriented with the ability to work independently.

Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

Pay: $150,000.00 - $300,000.00 per year
