Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our global logistics team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing client relationships, and promoting international freight solutions including ocean, air, and ground services.

Your primary goal is to generate and grow revenue through strategic sales efforts and deliver tailored logistics solutions that meet client needs.

The ideal candidate brings a solid understanding of international logistics and trade, strong analytical and communication skills, and the ability to drive results through data-driven insights and proactive customer engagement.

Duties

  • Responsible of driving revenue and supporting customer needs
  • Identify segments of client’s freight and warehousing needs where we add value
  • Occasional travel to meet with prospects and customers
  • Generate sales reports, take action as needed and communicate trends and market conditions to senior leadership
  • Coordinate and respond to RFI’s and RFQ’s, quoting, booking, tracking and reporting
  • Work with different departments and offices to provide rate and service packages for clients

Skills

  • 3+ years in international freight forwarding, logistics or supply chain with strong analytical and communication skills,
  • Minimum Knowledge of operations, carrier pricing, international shipping processes, RFQ bid process
  • Bilingual English and Spanish preferred
  • Strong negotiation and presentation skills
  • Strong communication skills for collaboration across departments.
  • Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities.

Pay: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
