outside Sales for Spray foam roofing and insulation

Job Overview
Hartland Enterprises LLC a small but growing conservative Christian company that is seeking an energetic and motivated Outside Sales professional to drive growth in spray foam roofing and insulation solutions. Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to target new business opportunities within assigned territories
• Identify, qualify, and generate leads through cold calling, networking, and market research to expand customer base
• Conduct product demonstrations and technical presentations to educate clients on spray foam roofing and insulation benefits.
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients to close deals effectively while aligning with company policies
• Collaborate with marketing teams to develop territory-specific campaigns that boost brand awareness and lead generation

Requirements

• Proven experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or technical sales within the roofing or insulation industry preferred
• Strong management skills with the ability to handle territory management and account oversight independently
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills to build trust with clients
• Ability to conduct product demos, analyze market trends, and identify new opportunities for growth
• Demonstrated success in cold calling, lead generation, and direct sales efforts in a competitive environment
• Knowledge of spray foam roofing and insulation technologies is a plus but not required; training will be provided

Pay: $10.00 - $40.00 per hour
