Outside Sales Manager - Beverly Hills Territory -Medical Sales

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Territory Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts across designated regions. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in outside sales, business development, and account management, with a proven ability to drive revenue growth through strategic territory management. Duties

  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to increase market share within assigned territories.
  • Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, lead generation, and targeted marketing initiatives.
  • Manage existing client accounts to ensure customer satisfaction, retention, and upselling of additional products or services.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and technical presentations to prospective clients, showcasing value propositions effectively.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to develop territory-specific campaigns that enhance brand visibility and drive sales growth.
  • Utilize CRM software such as Salesforce to track sales activities, manage customer data, and forecast revenue targets accurately.
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with clients while maintaining profitability and adhering to company policies.
  • Provide ongoing customer service support, addressing inquiries promptly and resolving issues efficiently to foster long-term relationships.

Skills

  • Extensive experience in outside sales, B2B sales, and territory management within relevant industries such as technology or retail sectors.
  • Strong management capabilities with the ability to lead sales teams or coordinate cross-functional efforts effectively.
  • Proven success in business development, account management, and direct sales strategies.
  • Proficiency in CRM software like Salesforce for lead tracking, pipeline management, and reporting analysis skills.
  • Excellent negotiation skills combined with a customer-centric approach to service delivery.
  • Ability to perform product demos confidently while explaining technical features clearly to diverse audiences.

Pay: $80,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
