The Role

As an Outside Sales Project Manager, you are the face of Air Sharks. You aren't just "selling"; you are consulting with homeowners to design the best climate solutions for their homes.

What you’ll do:

• Conduct in-home consultations with pre-scheduled customers.
• Inspect existing HVAC systems (including entering attics and crawlspaces).
• Present high-value replacement and upgrade solutions.
• Execute contracts and document project specifications for the installation team.
• Maintain a high closing ratio through elite communication and follow-up.

What We’re Looking For

We hire for attitude and aptitude. If you are a closer, we want to talk to you.

• Experience: 2+ years of Outside Sales experience (Home Improvement, Solar, Roofing, and Auto sales backgrounds excel here).
• The "Closer" Mentality: You are highly motivated by uncapped commissions and goal-oriented.
• Physical Agility: You must be comfortable navigating tight spaces (attics/crawlspaces) to inspect equipment.
• Requirements: A valid CA Driver’s License and a clean driving record.
• HVAC Knowledge? Not required. We will teach you everything you need to know.
