What You’ll Do

  • Meet with pre-scheduled homeowners (no cold calling).
  • Present solutions that enhance and protect homes while adding long-term value.
  • Educate customers on product benefits and financing options.
  • Guide homeowners through the decision-making process with confidence and clarity.
  • Build strong, lasting customer relationships that generate referrals and repeat business.
  • Participate in paid training and continuous development opportunities through GrapevineU.

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Reliability, organization, and the ability to manage a flexible schedule (including evenings/weekends).
  • A self-motivated, team-oriented mindset.
  • Previous sales or home improvement experience is helpful, but not required — we provide full training.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Earning potential: $90,000 – $225,000+ annually (average first year: $100,000–$150,000).
  • Base pay plus uncapped commissions (typical commission $1,000–$3,000 per sale).
  • Biweekly pay and performance bonuses.
  • Comprehensive benefits package (medical, dental, vision) after 90 days.
