Outside Sales Rep for Kitchen and Bath Cabinet / Designer / Marketing

Job Title: Outside Sales Representative

Duties:
- Contact home builders, general contractors and remodelers to provide bids for cabinets
- Generate leads and build a pipeline of prospective clients
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing and new customers through regular communication and meetings
- Prepare hand drawings or cad drawings of cabinet layout (cad experience helpful)
- Present proposals and secure funding from the contractor
- Provide exceptional customer service and address any inquiries or concerns
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and successful order fulfillment
- Meet or exceed sales targets and objectives

Experience:
- Proven experience in outside sales, preferably in construction related fields
- Background in residential construction and kitchen design a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in using Salesforce or other CRM software for managing leads, opportunities, and customer information
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus
