What this role actually is

You'll represent innovative products used by dental and medical professionals — think cutting-edge tools that help clinicians do their jobs better. Your job is to get in front of the right people, build genuine relationships, demonstrate the product, and close deals.

No base salary. No cap. Every dollar you make is a direct result of how hard and how smart you work. This is a 1099 commission-only position — built for people who want ownership over their income.

Day to day

Hit the field — meet dental and medical offices, introduce yourself, build real relationships over time

Demo products hands-on — show clients exactly how it works and why it matters

Log everything in our CRM — calls, meetings, follow-ups, pipeline stages — you track your own KPIs

Manage and grow existing accounts — the best reps earn recurring commissions from clients they've already won

Work with our team on strategy — you're not alone, but you are responsible

What we're looking for

Fluent english speaker

Clear, confident communicator in person and on the phone

Available schedule

Flexibility to get out in the field during business hours

Disciplined & organized

Uses a CRM, tracks metrics, follows through consistently

Goal-driven mindset

Sets targets, measures progress, adapts when something isn't working

Energetic & presentable

You make a strong first impression and sustain energy throughout the day

Coachable & hungry

No sales experience required — only the right attitude and work ethic
