Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Outside Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and driving sales growth in your assigned territory. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in sales and business development, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

Duties

  • Identify and pursue new sales leads through networking, cold calling, and referrals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients and understand industry trends.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations tailored to the needs of prospective clients.
  • Utilize Salesforce or similar CRM software to track sales activities, manage leads, and analyze performance metrics.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of client projects and services.
  • Provide technical sales support by understanding product specifications and demonstrating product benefits to clients.
  • Monitor competitor activities and adjust sales strategies accordingly to maintain a competitive edge in the market.

Skills

  • We will train you but if you have Proven experience in sales, preferably in an outside sales role that is a plus.
  • Strong business development skills with a focus on lead generation and territory management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients at all levels.
  • Ability to analyze data and market trends to inform sales strategies.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce or other CRM software for managing customer relationships and tracking sales progress.
  • Technical sales experience is a plus, particularly in software or related industries.
  • Self-motivated with strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently in the field.
