Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Outside Sales Representative to join our growing team. This role involves developing new business opportunities, managing client accounts, and expanding our market presence through strategic sales initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess strong skills in B2C sales, territory management, and customer relationship management, with a focus on delivering exceptional service and solutions to clients across various industries. Experience with CRM software such as SalesRabbit, as well as expertise in technical and product demonstrations, will be highly valued.
Duties
- Identify and generate new leads through cold calling, networking, and targeted marketing efforts to expand the customer base.
- Manage and grow existing client accounts by providing tailored solutions and ongoing support to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Conduct product demos and presentations to showcase features and benefits to prospective clients.
- Develop and execute territory management strategies to maximize sales opportunities within assigned regions.
- Negotiate contracts and close sales deals by understanding client needs and offering appropriate solutions.
- Upsell additional products or services to existing customers to increase revenue streams.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline status using CRM software such as Salesforce.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop campaigns that support lead generation and brand awareness efforts.
- Provide feedback on market trends, customer needs, and competitive activities to inform product development and sales strategies.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries promptly and building long-term relationships.
Requirements
- Proven experience in outside sales, B2C sales, or territory management with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Strong skills in negotiation, lead generation, account management, and customer service.
- Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or other CRM platforms; proficiency in technology sales is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to deliver compelling product demos and presentations.
- Ability to work independently while managing multiple accounts across designated territories.
- Knowledge of marketing strategies, inside sales techniques, retail sales, cold calling, and analysis skills for identifying growth opportunities.
- Experience in technical sales or product demonstrations is advantageous.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to analyze market data for strategic planning.

Pay: $85,800.00 - $200,000.00 per year
