Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Outside Sales Representative to join our growing team. This role involves sales for residential windows and commercial glass developing new business opportunities, managing existing client accounts, and expanding our market presence through strategic sales initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess strong skills in business development, territory management, and customer relationship management, with a focus on B2B sales across various industries including retail, and services. This position offers an exciting opportunity to leverage your sales expertise to drive revenue growth and build lasting client partnerships.

Duties

  • Identify and generate new leads through cold calling, networking, and targeted marketing efforts.
  • Manage a designated territory by developing strategic plans to maximize sales opportunities.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations tailored to client needs.
  • Negotiate contracts and close sales deals effectively while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, sales activities, and pipeline status using CRM software such as Salesforce or similar platforms.
  • Upsell additional products or services to existing clients to increase account value.
  • Provide ongoing customer service support, ensuring client needs are met and issues are resolved promptly.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities for growth.
  • Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management review.

Experience

  • Proven experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or technical sales with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Strong background in account management, territory management, and lead generation strategies.
  • Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or equivalent tools for managing customer relationships and sales pipelines.
  • Excellent negotiation skills combined with effective communication and presentation abilities.
  • Experience in retail sales, inside sales, or direct sales is advantageous.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop new business through cold calling, networking, and strategic outreach efforts.
  • Strong analysis skills for assessing market data and identifying growth opportunities.
  • Knowledge of product demos, upselling techniques, and customer service best practices is preferred. Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
