Overview

Role: Business Development Manager - Waste Handling Equipment. This is a full-time, on-site role located in Jeddah. The successful candidate will identify and cultivate new business opportunities, develop relationships with potential clients, and create strategic plans to increase market share. Additional responsibilities include negotiating contracts, analyzing market trends, providing insights for business growth, and collaborating with internal teams to meet client needs and achieve business objectives.

• Identify and cultivate new business opportunities in the waste handling equipment sector.
• Develop and maintain relationships with potential clients to grow market share.
• Create strategic plans and proposals to win new business.
• Negotiate contracts and terms with clients and partners.
• Analyze market trends and provide data-driven insights for growth.
• Collaborate with internal teams to meet client needs and achieve business objectives.

Qualifications

• Expertise in business development, relationship management, and strategic planning
• Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
• Proven ability to analyze market trends and develop data-driven strategies
• Experience working with facility management or commercial cleaning equipment
• Fluency in English and Arabic is preferred
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
