Madison County House Buyers is hiring a high-performing House Buying Specialist to join our growing team.

This is a face-to-face sales role for someone who knows how to build trust, uncover motivation, solve problems, and confidently negotiate win-win outcomes. You will meet with homeowners at their properties, understand their situation, and help guide them toward the best solution for their needs.

Real estate experience is not required. Strong sales ability is.

What You’ll Do

• Meet with homeowners in person to understand their goals, timeline, and overall situation
• Build trust and rapport through strong communication and professionalism
• Ask thoughtful questions to uncover motivation and identify the best path forward
• Evaluate property condition and determine fit for our buying model
• Present and negotiate fair, solution-oriented offers
• Document seller feedback, property details, and next steps in the CRM
• Follow up consistently to move opportunities toward contract
• Work closely with our lead management and leadership teams to ensure strong follow-through
• Stay accountable to KPIs, conversion goals, and performance expectations

What We’re Looking For

• Proven sales ability, especially in face-to-face or consultative sales
• Strong communication skills and emotional intelligence
• Comfortable discussing price, objections, motivation, and decision-making
• Coachable, and accountable
• Comfortable using CRM systems and mobile technology
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
