The Role

As an Outside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of healthcare customers within a defined geographic territory. This includes working with family practices, community health, pediatric practices, primary care clinics, and other healthcare providers.

In this role, you will build strong relationships with assigned customers while actively identifying and developing new accounts in the healthcare community. Your goal is to help practices streamline their purchasing, reduce supply costs, and improve their operations through consultative sales and exceptional service.

We are looking for a tenacious, relationship-driven salesperson who enjoys working with people, identifying opportunities, and growing long-term partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow assigned healthcare customer accounts within your geographic territory
  • Identify and develop new healthcare practices and facilities to expand Wilburn’s customer base
  • Build consultative relationships with practice managers, administrators, and clinicians
  • Present Wilburn’s preferred product list and supply solutions
  • Identify opportunities to consolidate ordering and reduce supply costs for customers
  • Conduct in-person meetings, product demonstrations, and account reviews
  • Collaborate closely with the VP of Sales to identify strategic growth opportunities
  • Create and manage quotes and customer orders in NetSuite
  • Maintain accurate account activity and pipeline updates
  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets

What Makes You a Great Fit

  • Preferred: experience in medical sales or healthcare-related sales
  • Preferred: familiarity with NetSuite CRM/ERP or similar CRM systems
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a genuine desire to help customers
  • Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in the field
  • Highly proactive and organized
  • A natural problem solver who enjoys finding solutions for customers
  • Relationship-driven and resourceful
  • Strong communication and presentation skills

Schedule & Work Environment

Full-time, local or remote territory

Monday – Friday 8 am – 5 pm
