Outside Sales Representative

Duties

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to identify new business opportunities within assigned territories
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients, showcasing the value and technical features of our offerings
  • Generate leads through cold calling, networking events, and targeted marketing initiatives to expand the customer base
  • Manage existing accounts by providing exceptional customer service, upselling additional products or services, and maintaining long-term relationships
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients to ensure mutually beneficial agreements while meeting sales targets
  • Utilize CRM software such as Salesforce to track prospects, manage sales pipelines, and analyze territory performance
  • Collaborate with marketing and management teams to develop territory-specific strategies that maximize sales growth

Requirements

  • Proven experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or territory management with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
  • Strong skills in negotiation, lead generation, and account management with a focus on customer satisfaction
  • Excellent communication skills for conducting product demos, cold calling, and building rapport with clients
  • Ability to work independently while managing multiple accounts across a designated territory
  • Knowledge of technology sales or technical products is highly desirable
  • Demonstrated analysis skills to evaluate market trends and identify new opportunities for growth

Pay: $31,200.00 - $100,000.00 per year
