What You’ll Do (High Level)

• Lead full demonstrations of Dolan Roofing’s proprietary systems
• Self-generate opportunities through networking, referrals, and neighborhood canvassing

Manage pipeline, follow-ups, and workflows in our CRM

• Communicate clearly with Production and Admin teams
• Mentor Junior Reps and model elite execution
• Protect the brand, the customer, and the team—every time
