Duties
- Conduct outside sales visits to prospective and existing clients within assigned territories, presenting products and services with confidence and professionalism
- Develop and execute targeted sales and marketing strategies to generate new leads and increase brand awareness
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships by understanding client needs and providing tailored solutions
- Promote and sell industrial, hydraulic, and PVC hoses, fittings, and related accessories to a variety of commercial and industrial customers
- Travel outside of state as needed to meet with customers, attend trade shows, and support business development efforts
- Negotiate pricing, contracts, and terms while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with internal teams to support customer needs, resolve issues, and achieve sales goals
- Stay informed on market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments to identify new opportunities
Experience & Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of outside sales experience, preferably in industrial, hydraulic, hose, fittings, or related technical sales industries
- Strong knowledge of industrial hoses, hydraulic hoses, PVC hoses, fittings, and accessories required
- Proven ability to develop customer relationships and close sales in a competitive market
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills
- Ability and willingness to travel out of state as required
- Multilingual or bilingual abilities are a plus
- Self-motivated with strong organizational and time-management skills
- Demonstrated ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment

Pay: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
