Responsibilities

- Utilize CRM software, HubSpot, to track leads, manage customer interactions, and update sales pipelines accurately.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with clients to close sales effectively while ensuring mutual satisfaction.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to implement targeted campaigns that support lead generation efforts.
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of industry trends, competitors, and product offering.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years experience in construction products sales
- Strong understanding of CRM software such as HubSpot
- Excellent negotiation skills combined with a customer service-oriented mindset.
- Ability to communicate complex technical information clearly and persuasively.
- Demonstrated leadership qualities with the ability to motivate yourself and others in a competitive environment.
Pay: $75,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
