Duties

• We are a real estate acquisitions company
• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through phone outreach, networking, and community engagement
• Develop customized sales strategies tailored to each customer’s needs, utilizing CRM software to track interactions and follow-ups
• Negotiate contracts and close sales efficiently while maintaining excellent customer service standards
• Maintain ongoing communication with clients to ensure follow up
• Utilize NEPQ Frameworks to connect with diverse customer bases

Requirements

• Experience in door-to-door sales or technical sales is a plus but not mandatory; training will be provided
• Experience in cold calling is a plus but not mandatory; training will be provided
• Strong customer service orientation with the ability to build rapport quickly and maintain professional relationships

Pay: $60,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year
