We are seeking a highly motivated and hands-on Field Sales Representative focused on Tire Shop Development to expand our presence across the state.

Ideal candidates come from a background in automotive service, tire shop technical roles, or B2B field sales to the service industry.

**What You’ll Do**

• Visit and support local tire shops to introduce and promote Orange TPMS products.
• Build and maintain long-term customer relationships through excellent service and follow-up.
• Provide basic product demonstrations and technical guidance (training provided).
• Gather customer feedback and share market insights with the team.
• Represent the Orange TPMS brand professionally in the local market.

**Who We’re Looking For**

• Education & Background: * High School Diploma or GED equivalent is required.
• Hands-on experience as a tire technician, automotive service advisor, or auto parts counter representative.
• A resilient self-starter who thrives on daily in-person customer visits and solving real-world automotive challenges.
• Resilient, positive, and comfortable dealing with customer rejections.
• Basic computer and email communication skills.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the state.

**Compensation**

• Annually Salary $60K-$80K (DOE)
• Sales commission
• Monthly vehicle allowance
• Health Insurance allowance
