Location: Miami, FL (Territory: Miami-Dade, Broward & Palm Beach Counties)
Pay: $60,000–$65,000 Base Salary + Commission

Job Overview

We are hiring an experienced Outside Sales Representative to sell luxury custom cabinetry, closets, and whole-home interior solutions across South Florida.

This role requires a bilingual (English/Spanish) sales professional who is comfortable traveling daily, meeting clients face-to-face, and closing high-value residential and design-driven projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct outside sales throughout Miami-Dade, Broward, and Palm Beach Counties
• Build and manage relationships with:
• Interior Designers
• Architects
• Builders & Developers
• High-end Residential Clients
• Sell custom cabinetry, closets, built-ins, and interior solutions
• Attend client meetings, site visits, showrooms, and design consultations
• Develop and maintain a consistent sales pipeline
• Work closely with internal design and production teams
• Follow up on leads and close projects from consultation to contract

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of outside sales experience (design, cabinetry, interiors, construction, or related industry)
• Bilingual – English & Spanish (required)
• Willing and able to travel daily across South Florida
• Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills
• Professional, client-facing presentation
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Preferred Experience

• Custom cabinetry or kitchen & bath sales
• Closets, built-ins, or luxury interiors
• Existing relationships with designers, architects, or builders
• Experience selling high-ticket or luxury products

Compensation & Benefits

• $60,000–$65,000 base salary
