Position Overview
Foundation Escrow is seeking a driven and relationship-focused Sales Representative to join our growing team.
This role is ideal for a professional with experience in escrow, title, or real estate services who thrives on building meaningful relationships and expanding market presence.
The Sales Representative will develop and maintain partnerships with real estate agents, lenders, brokers, and industry affiliates, helping to grow Foundation Escrow’s brand while delivering exceptional value to our partners.
You will work closely with our Escrow Officers and internal teams to ensure clients receive the highest level of service throughout the transaction process.
This role provides the opportunity to evolve from a traditional sales representative into a trusted strategic partner within the real estate community.
Key Responsibilities
· Develop and maintain strong relationships with real estate agents, lenders, brokers, and industry professionals
· Generate new business opportunities and expand Foundation Escrow’s market presence
· Promote Foundation Escrow’s services, technology, and operational excellence
· Partner with Escrow Officers to deliver exceptional transaction support and client experiences
· Educate real estate professionals on industry tools, marketing resources, and escrow best practices
· Represent Foundation Escrow at industry events, networking functions, and community engagements
· Maintain and grow an active book of business and referral network
Qualifications
· Minimum 2 years of escrow, title, or real estate sales experience
· Proven ability to build and maintain a strong book of business
· Strong understanding of the residential real estate and escrow process
· Excellent relationship-building, communication, and presentation skills
· Self-motivated with the ability to work independently while collaborating with internal teams
· Passion for building long-term professional partnerships
