Outside Sales Representative – Home Improvement (Roofing & Siding Division)

Position Overview:

We are expanding our team and seeking motivated, tech-savvy Outside Sales Representatives to join our fast-paced, high-demand roofing division. This is not a cold-calling position — all leads are pre-qualified and pre-set appointments with homeowners actively interested in roofing and exterior upgrades.

What You’ll Do:

• Conduct remote or in-home sales appointments with pre-scheduled, high-intent homeowners
• Present our premium roofing and siding solutions using company-provided materials and CRM tools
• Build relationships through professionalism, transparency, and expert communication
• Track sales activity, customer details, and follow-ups using our CRM platform

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong communication and presentation skills
• CRM competency (experience with tools like HubSpot, JobNimbus, AccuLynx, or similar preferred)
• Self-motivated, coachable, and results-driven mindset
• Background in roofing, construction, or home improvement sales is a plus — but not required

Pay: $75,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
