Outside Sales Representative – Insurance Industry

We are looking for Sales closers who are professional, driven individuals to join our uprising sales team in the area due to high demand!

Responsibilities:

• Meet face to face with customers and develop strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
• Conduct negotiations to close sales and meet or exceed sales targets.
• Utilize effective communication skills to present products and services to potential customers.

• · Must be innovated and a Fire Starter, with a great attitude, that can inspire and motivate others.
• · Must be energetic, social, and have strong communication skills.
• · Must be able to sell or willing to learn.
• · Must be extremely presentable in person, with strong social/people skills.
• · Previous sales background is highly desired, but not required.
• · Paid Training is provided.This is a high-energy, interactive, and face-to-face sales role. You will be meeting with homeowners and commercial owners daily, building relationships, and closing deals in person.
