This unique position will combine sales responsibilities with office coordination tasks to ensure smooth operations and excellent customer experiences.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the initial sales efforts for the Richmond VA market, from lead generation to closing deals.
• Coordinate with the corporate office to leverage generated leads and advertising efforts.
• Network within the local community to build relationships and generate additional leads and referrals.
• Assist with the coordination of shipments, installations, and scheduling to ensure efficient operations.
• Provide exceptional customer service and build strong relationships with clients.

Requirements:

• Previous in-home sales experience is preferred. A willingness to learn and a passion for helping people are essential.
• Strong organizational skills to manage various tasks, including sales, operations, and customer interactions.
• A self-starter who takes initiative and thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
