Responsibilities

• Create compelling proposals and presentations that outline the benefits of our roofing solutions.
• Conduct door-to-door sales efforts to generate leads and build relationships within target neighborhoods.
• Identify potential clients and understand their needs while building strong relationships.
• Present and demonstrate our services to prospective customers effectively.
• Manage the entire sales process from lead generation to closing deals.
• Skillfully negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to secure profitable deals, while ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Conduct thorough consultations with prospective clients to assess their needs, while educating them about our services.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.

Qualifications

• Proven experience with success in D2D roofing sales.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage clients effectively.
• Ability to meet and exceed weekly and monthly goals.
• Experience in cold calls and canvasing is required.
• Ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize tasks efficiently.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented mindset.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and a strong desire to achieve results.

Pay: $75,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
