Outside Sales Representative - Roofing & Exteriors (High Commission, Uncapped)

Warning: This job will expose excuses fast. The right person will build a six‑figure income from nothing. The wrong person will quit and blame the weather.

We are seeking 1-2 highly driven sales representatives working in the residential and commercial roofing market. What you'll do:

• Generate and close roofing, siding, and gutter contracts
• Inspect properties and identify storm or wear-related damage
• Educate homeowners and guide them through the sales process
• Work warm leads and self-generated opportunities

What We’re Looking For

No roofing experience? Fine. We train the right people.

• Confident communicator who can talk to homeowners face-to-face
• Self-starter who doesn’t need micromanaging
• Sales experience preferred but not required
• Comfortable walking neighborhoods and knocking doors when needed
• Coachable, competitive, and results-motivated

Compensation

• “Fast commission payouts: 50% paid when the customer signs, 50% paid when the job is completed no more waiting months to see your money.”
• Commission based compensation ($100,000-$365,000+/year)
• Option for base salary plus commission ($75,000-$250,000+/year)
