Outside Staff
Job Responsibilities:
- Aid customers in choosing product
- Use forklift to load and unload customer and vendor vehicles
- Fill orders appropriately based on loading tickets
- Clean work areas, organize, and maintain grounds
- Bag gravel from bulk bins for sale
- Monitor inventory levels and alert office staff when levels are too low
- Restock inventory
Qualifications:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Self-starter and able to work without constant supervision
- Flexible with workload and assignments
- Team player
- Excellent customer service Bilingual skills are preferred but not necessary
- Interpersonal skills
- Conflict resolution
Physical Requirements of the Job:
- Bending or twisting the body
- Keeping or regaining balance
- Making repetitive motions
- Standing, walking and/or running, sitting, kneeling, crouching, or squatting
- Pushing or pulling objects
- Climbing ladders, scaffolding, or stairs
- Move objects up to 75 pounds
- Load, unload, or stack containers, materials, or products
- Maintain physical building or grounds
- Using hands to control, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls

- Work outdoors in extreme heat or cold
- Work in an open vehicle or equipment

- Sounds, noise levels that are distracting and uncomfortable
