Job Description:

Candidate will be empowered & responsible for managing the QuickBooks Online bookkeeping/accounting, monthly pro-active tax planning, and tax filing for approximately 55 small business clients and its owners.

Candidate will pro-actively learn Nuance Financials' operations and take ownership of the accuracy, timeliness, and quality of the accounting performed within QuickBooks Online for our small business clients.

Candidate must have a very clear understanding of debits and credits, financials statements, double entry bookkeeping, cash flow, and be able to analyze a financial statement. Financial statement accuracy is foundational to our client’s tax plans and management decisions.

Candidate must have a working knowledge the tax code and of personal and business tax returns.

Candidate may be required to work overtime during tax season months (Jan-April)

College Degree is preferred, but not necessary with appropriate knowledge and experience.

Excellent interpersonal skills and customer service skills.

Ability to clearly and concisely communicate verbally and in writing.

Ability to work on various projects concurrently with ease and professionalism. Ability to sustain constant interruption.
