Outsourced Accounting Intern
We’re seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Accounting Intern to join our outsourced accounting team. This role is perfect for students or recent graduates who are eager to gain hands-on experience with real-world accounting practices. You’ll assist with core bookkeeping tasks, account reconciliations, and financial reporting for multiple clients across various industries.

Description
Responsibilities
- Assist with recording day-to-day financial transactions using accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks Online, Xero, NetSuite)
- Prepare and reconcile bank and credit card statements
- Support accounts payable and accounts receivable processing
- Help generate and format basic financial reports
- Assist with month-end close procedures
- Perform data entry and ensure accuracy of client financial records
- Maintain documentation and organize client files
- Collaborate with senior accountants and staff to ensure client deadlines are met
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial statements
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Workspace
- Experience with accounting software is a plus
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
