• No-Touch Freight: All loads are drop-and-hook. No loading or unloading.
• Terminal-to-Terminal: Consistent routes between FedEx Ground hubs.

Key Responsibilities

• Safe Transport: Operation of tractor-trailer combinations (typically doubles) across the FedEx Ground network.
• Drop & Hook: Efficiently hook and unhook trailers at FedEx terminals.
• Safety Compliance: Strict adherence to FedEx Ground safety standards and FMCSA regulations.
• Professionalism: Act as a brand ambassador for FedEx while on the road and at all terminal locations.
• Inspection: Perform thorough pre-trip and post-trip inspections to maintain the integrity of the fleet.

Requirements & Qualifications

• License: Valid Class A CDL.
• Endorsements: Doubles/Triples (T) endorsement is REQUIRED prior to start.
• Experience: * 1 year of verifiable tractor-trailer experience within the last 3 years, OR
• 5 years of verifiable experience within the last 10 years.
• Graduates from FedEx-approved truck driving schools may qualify with less experience.
• Clean Record: No more than 1 moving violation in the last 12 months; no major preventable accidents.
• Screening: Must pass a DOT physical, drug screen (including the 2026 expanded panel), and a rigorous FedEx background check.
