OVER THE ROAD DISPATCHER

Job Title: Over the Road dispatcher (day shift)

Location: Little Rock, AR
Schedule: Monday-Friday | 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Position Overview:
EOS Trucking is seeking a reliable and experienced Dispatcher to join our operations team in Little Rock. This role is critical to ensuring the smooth coordination of over-the-road (OTR) freight. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, responsive, and capable of supporting drivers while managing real-time logistics.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and track freight movements to ensure on-time delivery
• Communicate proactively with drivers to provide support and updates
• Answer incoming calls from drivers, customers, and internal staff
• Address and resolve in-transit issues as they arise
• Maintain accurate records of load statuses and driver activity
• Coordinate with operations and planning teams as needed

Qualifications:

• Prior experience dispatching over-the-road (OTR) freight required
• Familiarity with AS400 and/or TMW systems preferred
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently during overnight shifts
• High level of organization and attention to detail
