- Monitor residents’ conditions closely, utilizing your physiology knowledge and patient assessment skills to identify changes requiring intervention.
- Manage complex medical procedures such as IV infusion, catheterization, tube feeding, and ventilator management with precision and adherence to aseptic techniques.
- Document all patient interactions accurately using EMR (Electronic Medical Records) and EHR (Electronic Health Records) systems like Epic or PPC.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams on discharge planning, case management, and coordination of post-acute or hospice care services.
- Respond swiftly to urgent situations such as acute pain episodes or emergency room transfers by applying your emergency medicine and trauma center experience.

- Skilled in advanced nursing procedures including medication administration, and sterile processing techniques.
- Knowledge of ICD coding (ICD-9/ICD-10), CPT coding for procedures, and documentation standards for medical records.
- Ability to perform patient assessments involving vital signs measurement, anatomy knowledge, diagnostic evaluation, and physical examinations.
- Excellent communication skills for triage situations, patient education, family interactions, and working with individuals with disabilities or developmental delays. This role is ideal for motivated nursing professionals eager to provide exceptional overnight care in a supportive environment that values your expertise.
