Position: Overnight Budtender (Full Time)

About the Role
Elevate Cannabis is seeking a reliable, self motivated Overnight Budtender to support store operations during late night hours. This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in a more independent environment while still delivering a high level of customer service, compliance, and operational excellence.

You will serve as both a product expert and store operator, ensuring a smooth, safe, and compliant experience for all customers during overnight hours.

Schedule and Availability
Full time 40 hours per week
Overnight shifts: 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM
5 day work week
Weekends and overnight availability required
Back to back days off when possible
Schedule based on reliability and business needs

Compensation and Benefits
17.00 per hour plus tips

Key Responsibilities
Deliver exceptional customer service during overnight operations
Verify customer identification and ensure full compliance with state regulations
Accurately process transactions and maintain cash integrity
Maintain a clean, organized, and secure store environment
Restock inventory and assist with inventory organization
Support nightly operational tasks, including cleaning and store reset
Remain alert, attentive, and professional during low traffic hours
Educate customers on products, effects, and usage
Work independently while maintaining communication with leadership

Qualifications
1 year customer service experience
1 year cash handling experience
Ability to work independently and stay productive during overnight hours
Strong attention to detail and accountability
Basic math and computer literacy
Familiarity with cannabis products and willingness to learn
Understanding of weights grams vs ounces
Ability to follow compliance and operational procedures
Reliable transportation
Must be 21 years of age or older
