OVERNIGHT CAREGIVERS

HIRING OVERNIGHT CAREGIVERS!!

Chalfont Client; !2 hour Overmights 8pm - 8am. We currently have overnight opens in this case 7 days a week.

$20 Overnight pay rate is for this client only. All other overnight shifts are paid at $17hr.

Family Caregivers Network, Inc. is a licensed home care agency dedicated to providing compassionate and professional care to the aging population and individuals with developmental disabilities. Founded by Gerry Fioriglio, a registered nurse with over 40 years of experience, we focus on alleviating the challenges faced by families in caring for their loved ones at home.

Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Caregiver to join our team at Family Caregivers Network, Inc. In this role, you will provide essential support and care to clients in their homes, ensuring their comfort and dignity while promoting independence. Your contributions will directly impact the lives of individuals and their families within our community.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and meal preparation.
• Provide compassionate companionship and emotional support to clients.
• Administer medications as prescribed and monitor client health conditions.
• Support individuals with developmental disabilities and autism in achieving their personal goals.
• Ensure a safe and clean environment for clients at all times.
• Communicate effectively with family members regarding client needs and progress.
• Document daily activities and report any changes in client condition to nursing staff.

Requirements

• Previous experience in caregiving or related field is preferred.
• Strong understanding of patient care principles and practices.
• Ability to work compassionately with individuals with developmental disabilities or autism.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to build rapport with clients.
• Basic knowledge of hospice care practices is a plus.
• Must be reliable, patient, and possess a caring demeanor.
