Overnight Childcare Provider / Night Nanny (Part-Time – 2–3 Nights Per Month)

Overview
We are a warm, respectful family in Highlands Ranch looking for a reliable and experienced overnight childcare provider for our 1 year old son. This role would be occasional (2–3 nights per month) and is especially important for when I go into labor with our second child, expected in mid-July.

If the fit is great, we would love to continue working together after the baby arrives with occasional overnight help and potential newborn care support.

Pay is dependent on prior childcare experience and relevant certifications.

Responsibilities

• Evening childcare including dinner, playtime, and bedtime routine
• Overnight supervision and comfort if our son wakes during the night
• Morning routine until parents return
• Maintain a calm, safe environment overnight

Ideal Candidate

• Experience with infants and toddlers
• Comfortable managing bedtime and overnight care
• Dependable and able to stay overnight when scheduled
• CPR/First Aid certified (preferred)
• Non-smoker
• Strong references

Bonus Experience

• Newborn care experience
• Night nanny or postpartum doula experience

• Most nights our son sleeps through the night

• Must be comfortable being an on-call support person in July when we welcome our second baby

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour
