Job Overview
We are seeking a vigilant and dependable Overnight Courtesy Patrol Officer to ensure the safety and security of our property and residents during nighttime hours. This role involves monitoring premises, responding to incidents, and maintaining a secure environment through proactive patrols. The ideal candidate will have a strong sense of responsibility, excellent observational skills, excellent communication skills, and the ability to handle emergency situations professionally. Prior experience in security, law enforcement, or military service is highly advantageous, but is not required. This position offers an opportunity to contribute to community safety while working overnight shifts in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular patrols of the property using CCTV surveillance systems and physical inspections to identify potential security issues or hazards.
• Monitor surveillance equipment such as CCTV cameras to detect suspicious activity or unauthorized access.
• Respond promptly and appropriately to alarms, disturbances, or emergencies, including medical incidents.
• Enforce property rules and policies to prevent theft, vandalism, and loss prevention.
• Provide assistance and courteous service to residents, visitors, and staff during overnight hours.
• Document incidents accurately in reports and communicate effectively with law enforcement or emergency services when necessary.
• Perform safety checks on lighting, locks, and other security measures to ensure ongoing protection of the premises.
• Maintain a professional presence on-site during overnight shifts to deter unlawful activity.
