• Monday – Friday: 8:00 PM – 8:00 AM
• Saturday & Sunday: Reduced / limited hours

Job Overview

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Overnight Dispatch Manager to oversee after-hours operations. This role is critical in ensuring smooth communication between internal teams, customers, and drivers during overnight shifts. The ideal candidate is responsive, organized, and comfortable working independently in a remote environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Send daily and overnight reports to internal team members
• Distribute reports and updates to customers in a timely manner
• Remain available to answer incoming calls from 8:00 PM to 8:00 AM, seven days a week
• Communicate effectively with customers regarding updates, issues, and service needs
• Coordinate and communicate with drivers to ensure efficient operations

Qualifications

• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• Dependable and responsive during overnight hours
• Previous dispatch or logistics experience preferred (but not required)
• Comfortable working remotely with minimal supervision
