What You’ll Do:

developing management role, starting with 70% Cleaning 30% management moving into more management opportunities based off of performance

Lead and manage a team of cleaners with precision and efficiency

Travel to various job sites as needed (travel accommodations covered)

Ensure top-tier cleaning standards are met every time

Train and mentor new team members using our 30-day training program

Communicate effectively with both clients and team members

Handle cleaning schedules, supply management, and on-site problem-solving
