North Hills Pet Care is looking for a dependable, caring, and professional pet sitter to provide overnight and extended-stay care in clients’ homes throughout the North Hills area.

We’re looking for someone who truly enjoys spending time with animals, values the trust that comes with caring for pets in their homes, and wants to be part of a company that believes pet care should feel both personal and professional.

Primary Service Areas
This position will primarily serve clients in:

• Adams Township
• Allison Park
• And nearby North Hills communities

About the Role
This position focuses on premium in-home pet care services, including overnight care and extended-stay assignments. Sitters are responsible for maintaining pets’ routines, providing companionship, and ensuring pets feel safe and comfortable in their own homes.

Assignments may include:

• Overnight stays in the client’s home
• Extended-stay care with daytime coverage built into the schedule
• Feeding, fresh water, potty breaks, walks, playtime, and companionship
• Litter box cleaning
• Medication administration when needed
• Basic home care tasks such as bringing in mail or adjusting lights
• Sending updates and communicating clearly during and after care

You Maye Be a Great Fit If You…

• Are 18 years of age or older and able to pass a background check
• Have a valid driver’s license, reliable personal vehicle, and a smartphone that supports apps
• Are dependable, trustworthy, and comfortable working independently
• Love spending time with animals and providing calm, attentive care
• Are detail-oriented and able to follow care instructions closely
• Feel comfortable staying overnight in clients’ homes
• Communicate clearly and professionally
• Are comfortable with moderate physical activity, including dog walking and daily pet care tasks
• Have prior professional or personal pet care experience preferred

Scheduling & Hours

• Flexible availability is required
• This position may include overnights, weekends, holidays, and vacation periods
• Schedules may vary from week to week based on client demand
• Hours are not guaranteed

Extended-stay assignments may include scheduled off-duty periods during the day, depending on the needs of the pets and the booking.

Compensation
Compensation will depend on assignment type and schedule structure. Details will be discussed during the interview process.
