Job Summary
We are looking for a vigilant and friendly Overnight Guest Services / Security team member to keep property secure and guests an on-site resource. In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for guests after hours, ensure a secure environment while providing excellent customer service. The ideal candidate is alert, approachable, and ready to handle security challenges with professionalism and care.
Responsibilities
- Monitor the premises using CCTV systems and surveillance equipment to ensure safety and security.
- Conduct regular patrols of the facility to identify potential issues
- Assist guests with check-in procedures during late hours, providing friendly support and information.
- Manage guest or noise situations calmly and effectively, ensuring a peaceful environment for all visitors.
Qualifications
- Availability Wednesday-Sunday, 11pm-7am.
- Training 5/8-9, Full time hours beginning May 15th.
- Prior experience in security or related fields is preferred.
- Strong observational skills with attention to detail during night shifts.
- Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and professionally.
- Good communication skills to interact with guests, team members, and emergency responders.
