Northern Virginia Pressure Washing & Hood Cleaning Service is hiring dependable Night Shift Hood Cleaning Technicians to service restaurants throughout Northern Virginia and Washington, DC.

This is hands-on, physical work focused on cleaning commercial kitchen exhaust systems and helping restaurants stay fire-safe and code compliant.

If you are reliable, hardworking, and comfortable working overnight in a physically demanding environment, this can become a long-term opportunity with steady work and room for advancement.

Responsibilities

Clean and degrease commercial kitchen exhaust systems including hoods, ducts, fans, and vents
Operate pressure washers and professional degreasing equipment
Prepare kitchen areas before cleaning by protecting appliances and surrounding surfaces
Take before and after photos and complete service reports
Work alongside a small, dependable crew to complete each job safely and efficiently
Drive company vehicles when assigned

Schedule & Work Environment

Night shift only, after restaurants close
Work takes place in active commercial kitchens
Physically demanding work including lifting 75 to 90 lbs, climbing ladders, and working in tight areas
Expect to get wet, greasy, and sweaty during most shifts

Requirements

Experience in pressure washing, commercial cleaning, or hood cleaning preferred
Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
Reliable transportation
Dependable attendance and strong work ethic
Must pass background check
English required, Spanish is a plus

Pay & Benefits

Up to $30+ per hour depending on experience
Performance bonuses available
