Position Specific Responsibilities:

• Planning and tracking loads/shipment activities and maintaining accurate records
• Identifying traffic problems and/or issues creating appropriate corrective action plans to achieve desirable results on time
• Communicating with drivers and customers to schedule shipment activities and performing administrative tasks to deliver high-quality service for all parties
• Utilize organizational equipment and updated required information into systems complied with state and federal rules, procedures and regulations
• Correspond with customers, report client requests
• Continued knowledge of industry relevant laws, regulations and requirements

Education/Requirements:

• BS/BA or prior relevant experience
• Ability to work a flexible schedule if needed

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
