Overnight Med Tech (Medical Technician)

Our facility is dedicated to providing high-quality, compassionate care to our residents and patients. We’re looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Overnight Med Tech to join our team and help ensure the comfort and safety of our residents throughout the night.

Responsibilities

• Accurately administer and document medications in accordance with physician orders and facility policies
• Monitor residents’ conditions and report changes promptly to nursing staff or supervisors
• Maintain proper medication storage, records, and inventory
• Provide basic resident care and assist with nighttime routines as needed
• Respond quickly and professionally to resident needs or emergencies
• Ensure a calm, safe, and supportive environment during overnight hours

Qualifications

• Active Med Tech certification or ability to complete the Med Tech test within 48 hours of interview
• Prior experience in long-term care, assisted living, or a similar healthcare setting preferred
• Excellent communication, organization, and teamwork skills
• Compassionate, dependable, and attentive to detail
• Ability to work independently overnight
